Warranty claim for a tennis racket

You will need to provide:

  •  One general photo of the racket (both sides)
  • Photos of the side and top of the racket
  • A close-up photo of the product defect
  • A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) located at the base of the racket head
  • A video if the reported defect is a noise
Warranty claim for a padel racket

You will need to provide:

  • One general photo of the racket (both sides)
  • Photos of the side and top of the racket
  • A close-up photo of the product defect
  • A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) located in the racket's throat
  • A video if the reported defect is a noise
Warranty claim for a pair of shoes

You will need to provide:

  • One general photo of both shoes (uppers and soles)
  • A photo of the size label, usually located on the shoe tongue
  • A close-up photo of the reported defect
Warranty claim for clothing

You will need to provide:

  • One general photo of the product (both sides)
  • A close-up photo of the defect
  • Photos of the product labels: internal labels showing the references, and external labels if the product is new
Warranty claim for other product types

You will need to provide:

  • One general photo showing all sides of the product
  • A close-up photo of the defect
  • Photos of the labels showing the product reference, if visible
